Trademark Guidelines

1. Purpose

These guidelines explain permitted use of Pamphlet Inc. trademarks and product names. Unauthorized use may violate trademark law and the Terms of Service.

2. Pamphlet marks

Pamphlet®, Pamphlet CRM®, and Pam AI® are registered or applied marks of Pamphlet Inc. Pam Agent™ and Pam OS™ are trademarks of Pamphlet Inc.

Use the registered symbol ® only for marks listed as registered in official Pamphlet materials. Use ™ for unregistered product names as indicated in current brand documentation.

3. Permitted nominative use

You may refer to Pamphlet products accurately in reviews, comparisons, integrations, and educational content provided that:

• The reference is truthful and not misleading
• You do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership without written consent
• You do not use Pamphlet logos except as expressly authorized
• Your use does not dilute or tarnish Pamphlet marks

4. Prohibited uses

Do not:

• Use Pamphlet marks in your company name, domain, or social handle without authorization
• Modify Pamphlet logos or combine them with other brands in confusing ways
• Use marks on merchandise or promotional items without a license
• Register domains, handles, or keywords that include Pamphlet marks in a confusing manner

5. Affiliate and partner use

Approved Affiliates and partners may use assets provided through official program materials subject to the Affiliate Terms or partner agreement. Contact cs@pamphlet.io for co-marketing requests.
