This Privacy Policy describes how Pamphlet Inc. processes Personal Data when you use pamphlet.io, related APIs, and support channels.

Data we process

Account data, product usage metadata, support communications, and Customer Content stored in Pam Pods at Customer direction.

Legal bases

Processing occurs to perform contracts, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in securing and improving services, and with consent where required.

Retention

Pamphlet retains Customer Content while the Pam Pod is active and as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Deletion requests are handled per verified support workflow.

International transfers

Personal Data may be processed in the United States and other locations where subprocessors operate. Enterprise customers may address transfers in the DPA.

Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction. Submit requests to cs@pamphlet.io from a verifiable account email.
