This Cookie Policy explains how Pamphlet Inc. uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on pamphlet.io, authenticated workspace routes, and pamphl.et affiliate redirects.

2. Essential cookies and storage

These technologies are necessary to operate the Services and cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality:

• Clerk authentication cookies and session tokens for signed-in access
• Security and CSRF-related session data
• Load balancing and infrastructure cookies from hosting providers

Essential technologies do not require consent under many jurisdictions because they are strictly necessary for the service requested.

3. Analytics cookies

On public marketing and documentation pages, Pamphlet loads DataFast analytics only after you accept analytics cookies through the cookie consent banner. Analytics events exclude CRM content and block sensitive metadata keys such as email bodies, transcripts, and API secrets.

Declining analytics cookies prevents DataFast script loading on public pages. Internal product analytics may still record de-identified usage metadata necessary to operate authenticated workspace features.

4. Affiliate attribution

When you arrive through a pamphl.et affiliate link, Pamphlet may set an httpOnly pam_aff cookie with a thirty (30) day attribution window to record last-touch referral for commission purposes. This cookie is used for affiliate program integrity described in the Affiliate Terms.

5. Consent management

Your analytics preference is stored in local storage under the key pam_cookie_consent as accept or decline. Use the Manage button in the cookie banner or the Cookie preferences link in the site footer to change your choice at any time. Clearing site data resets preferences.

Authenticated workspace sessions use essential cookies regardless of marketing analytics consent.

6. AI crawler tracking

Pamphlet may record AI crawler and bot requests through DataFast bot analytics at the network edge for traffic analysis. This processing supports security and product analytics for automated crawlers and does not use CRM content.

7. Third-party subprocessors

Cookie and analytics providers are listed in the Subprocessor List. Third-party providers may set their own cookies subject to their policies when their scripts are loaded.
