DMCA Policy
1. Policy
Pamphlet Inc. respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and similar laws.
2. Designated agent
Send DMCA notices and counter-notices to:

Include all elements listed below. Pamphlet maintains this contact for copyright notices and will publish Copyright Office registration details at this policy when completed.
3. Required notice elements
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it within the Services
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
4. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:
- Identification of removed material and its prior location
- Your contact information
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the U.S., any district where Pamphlet may be found
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Repeat infringers
Pamphlet may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
6. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages.
