Affiliate Terms

1. Program overview

The Pamphlet Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to refer prospective customers to Pamphlet Inc. using pamphl.et tracking links. These Affiliate Terms supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Enrollment and approval

Affiliates must apply through the published application flow and be approved by Pamphlet. Pamphlet may reject or revoke approval for incomplete applications, policy violations, fraud risk, or brand misuse. Approval does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

4. Commissions

Commission rates and qualifying events are published in the affiliate dashboard and effective at the time of conversion. The default commission rate is twenty percent (20%) of qualifying Stripe-attributed revenue unless a different rate is published for a specific promotion.

Commission rates may change prospectively. Historical commissions remain tied to the rate in effect when each conversion was recorded. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes may reverse previously credited commission.

5. Payouts and taxes

Commission moves from pending to approved to paid according to program rules and fraud review. Payouts are processed manually to the payout email on file unless a payment provider integration is published.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information and for all taxes on commission income. Pamphlet may require tax identification forms (such as IRS Form W-9 for U.S. affiliates) before payouts exceed applicable thresholds.

6. Promotional rules

Affiliates must:

  • Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously where required by law
  • Use accurate descriptions of Pamphlet capabilities without unsupported claims
  • Link only to approved Pamphlet destinations
  • Comply with FTC endorsement guidelines and applicable advertising law

Prohibited promotion includes spam, trademark bidding without authorization, cookie stuffing, incentivized low-quality traffic, self-referral fraud, and misleading comparison claims.

7. Intellectual property

Pamphlet grants Affiliates a limited, revocable license to use approved logos and marketing assets solely to promote the Services under these terms. Affiliates must follow the Trademark Guidelines.

8. Suspension and termination

Pamphlet may suspend or terminate Affiliate participation for policy violations, fraud flags, abusive traffic patterns, or harm to Pamphlet's brand. Upon termination, unused tracking links may be disabled and unpaid commission may be withheld for fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of liability

Pamphlet's aggregate liability under these Affiliate Terms is limited to unpaid commission owed for verified qualifying conversions, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
