Steps
- Connect and verify a sending domain
- Create at least one inbox on the verified domain
- Import or create initial prospects in CRM
- Generate an API key if you plan programmatic access
- Review sending policy and approval settings for Pam Agent
Most teams complete onboarding in one session. See Documentation for Pam AI, campaigns, and integrations after the checklist is done.
Expected result
Your Pam Pod can send mail, store CRM records, and run Pam Agent with policy gates configured.
If something goes wrong
Work through each checklist item in order. Domain verification and inbox creation block all outbound mail until complete.
