Create your first Pam Pod
Set up an isolated workspace for CRM, mail, and agent operations.
Prerequisites
- Pamphlet account with sign-in access
Steps
- Sign in at pamphlet.io
- Open the portfolio view from Pam OS
- Select Create Pam Pod and name your workspace
- Invite teammates from Settings if needed
Each Pam Pod is a fully isolated tenant. CRM records, inboxes, campaigns, and agent runs never cross Pam Pod boundaries.
Expected result
A new Pam Pod appears in your portfolio with empty CRM, mail, and agent surfaces ready for configuration.
If something goes wrong
If creation fails, confirm your Clerk organization is active and retry from Pam OS. Contact cs@pamphlet.io if the Pam Pod slug is unavailable.
