Import contacts from HubSpot
Export HubSpot contacts as CSV and map fields in Pamphlet.
Steps
- In HubSpot, open Contacts and filter the list you need
- Export to CSV including email, first name, last name, company, and title
- Open Prospects import in your Pam Pod workspace
- Map HubSpot columns to Pamphlet fields and preview before import
Pamphlet imports through the CSV wizard. One-click HubSpot sync is not available yet. Keep company domains in a dedicated column for account matching.
Expected result
Imported prospects appear in CRM with mapped fields and source metadata.
If something goes wrong
Fix rows flagged in the preview and re-import only the failed batch.
