Install the chatbot embed
Add pam.js to your website and connect sessions to your Pam Pod.
Prerequisites
- Chat project created in Pam Pod Chat settings
Steps
- Create a chat project in workspace Chat settings
- Copy the embed snippet with your project key
- Add the script to your site before closing body tag
- Verify sessions appear in Chat transcripts
The embed runs on pamphl.et origins by default. Configure allowed origins in project settings.
Expected result
Visitor sessions appear in Chat transcripts with page context and intent signals.
If something goes wrong
Confirm allowed origins include your site domain. Check browser console for blocked script or CORS errors.
