Connect a sending domain
Verify DNS records before outbound mail is accepted.
Prerequisites
- Pam Pod created
- Access to domain DNS settings
Steps
- Open Domains in your Pam Pod workspace
- Add your domain and copy DNS records
- Wait for verification to complete
- Create an inbox on the verified domain
Unverified domains cannot send. Review mail health after your first campaign.
Expected result
Domain status shows verified and at least one inbox is available for outbound sends.
If something goes wrong
If verification stalls beyond 48 hours, confirm SPF, DKIM, and return-path records match exactly. See the DNS troubleshooting article.
