Step 1. Templates and sequences

Build reusable templates and multi-step sequences. Each step can include variables resolved from CRM fields.

Step 2. Enrollment

Enroll contacts manually, via API, or through Pam Agent. Sending policy limits per inbox and Pam Pod apply to all outbound.

Step 3. Tracking

Campaign sends record delivery lifecycle events. Use webhooks to react to bounces and replies in external systems.
