Step 1. Agent runs

Each run pursues an objective using Pam Pod tools. History records tool calls, sends, and status for audit.

Step 2. Approvals

Policy-sensitive actions queue approval requests. Operators approve or reject before execution continues.

Step 3. Tool registry

Agents call registered tools for CRM, mail, research, and campaign actions. Tool scopes are enforced per run.
