Install pam.js on your site with a project key from Chat settings. Sessions stream to the Pam Pod in real time.

Anonymous visitors can resolve to known contacts when they provide email or when CRM matching rules apply.

Intent signals help operators prioritize follow-up without reading every transcript manually.
