Troubleshooting
Common issues and resolutions for API, mail, webhooks, and agent operations.
API returns 401 Unauthorized
Verify the Bearer token uses a valid pam_ key for the target Pam Pod. Regenerate the key if it was rotated.
Outbound mail bounces
Check domain DNS verification, suppression lists, and mail health. Review quarantine for policy blocks.
Webhooks not delivering
Confirm the subscription URL is reachable and returns 2xx. Check delivery retries in event platform settings.
Agent run pending approval
Open Agent runs and review pending approval requests. Approve or reject to continue or stop the run.
CRM import rejects rows
Open the import preview, fix email formatting and required columns, then re-import. Duplicate emails may merge or skip depending on preview settings.
API returns 429 Too Many Requests
Reduce request frequency, batch reads, and honor Retry-After headers. See the API rate limits help article.
