Native inboxes, threading, and conversation context.
Step 1. Connect inboxes
Add sending domains and inboxes from Pam Pod Domains settings. DNS records must verify before outbound mail is accepted.
Step 2. Threading
Inbound and outbound messages thread by conversation. Operators reply from the inbox with full CRM context on the same screen.
Step 3. Deliverability health
Mail health surfaces bounce rates, queue depth, and suppression status. Review quarantine when messages fail policy checks.
