Feature
Outbound Campaigns
Build email sequences, manage templates, launch campaigns, and enforce sending policy with daily limits, send windows, and approval defaults.
Sequences and templates
Campaigns combine sequence steps and reusable templates so teams standardize messaging while tailoring per segment. Template and sequence libraries live inside each Pam Pod.
Sending policy and safety
Sending policy sets daily and hourly limits, ramp stages, send windows, duplicate prevention, and emergency stop. Operators can dry-run sends before going live.
Campaign visibility
Campaign list and detail views show active motion per Pam Pod. Pam OS can surface top campaigns across workspaces for portfolio-level prioritization.

FAQ
How do sequences differ from one-off sends?
Sequences define multi-step outreach with timing between steps. Campaigns attach sequences to prospect or contact lists and respect sending policy for each Pam Pod.
Can I require approval before sends?
Yes. Sending policy supports approval defaults, and Pam Agent actions can also route through approval requests when automation is involved.
What happens if deliverability issues appear?
Mail health and quarantine views flag problematic sends. Emergency stop lets operators halt all outbound activity while they investigate.
