Pamphlet

Pamphlet is the AI Agent Workspace for Outbound Revenue. It unifies Pamphlet CRM, Pam AI, Pam Agent, and Pam OS in one calm operating environment at pamphlet.io.

Pamphlet CRM

Pamphlet CRM is the customer data layer inside each Pam Pod: accounts, contacts, prospects, conversations, campaigns, deals, tasks, and activity history connected to outreach execution.

Pam AI

Pam AI recommends, researches, analyzes, searches, evaluates, and drafts inside a Pam Pod. It does not autonomously execute outbound actions; operators review outputs before Pam Agent or humans act.

Pam Agent

Pam Agent executes governed multi-step objectives inside a Pam Pod with tool calls, limits, approvals, logs, and stop controls. Each run records actions so operators can audit automation.

Pam OS

Pam OS is the portfolio and orchestration layer for organizations running multiple Pam Pods. It aggregates cross-Pam Pod health, queues, approvals, and activity. It is not a second CRM.

Pam Pod

A Pam Pod is an isolated company or business workspace inside Pamphlet, identified by a slug. Each Pam Pod holds CRM records, domains, campaigns, inboxes, Pam AI jobs, and Pam Agent runs for one outbound motion or team.

Workspace

In product UI, workspace refers to a Pam Pod operating surface at /w/{podSlug}. In API and database layers, workspace identifiers map to pod IDs. Prefer Pam Pod in buyer-facing copy.

Signal

A signal is operational state communicated through Pamphlet cyan: connection, movement, selection, live agent activity, recommended action, or pipeline progress across the Research, Enrich, Outreach, Converse, Analyze loop.

Run

A run is a Pam Agent execution session with an objective, tool calls, optional sends, status, and audit trail. Operators inspect runs before and after automation completes.

Approval

An approval is an operator gate before Pam Agent or policy-sensitive actions execute. Approvals preserve human control over sends, tool calls, and outbound changes.

Approval request

An approval request is a pending gate before Pam Agent or policy-sensitive actions execute. Operators review policy and status, then approve or reject to continue or stop the run.

Prospect

A prospect is a lead targeted for outbound engagement before full qualification. Prospects can be imported, researched with Pam AI, and enrolled in campaigns.

Account

An account represents a company in Pamphlet CRM. Contacts, deals, research jobs, and conversations attach to accounts for account-based outbound.

Contact

A contact is a person record tied to an account or standalone in CRM. Contacts appear in sequences, inbox threads, and Pam AI research targets.

Campaign

A campaign is an outbound motion that applies a sequence to a list inside a Pam Pod. Campaign views show progress and connect to mail queue and inbox outcomes.

Conversation

A conversation is a thread of messages between your team and a prospect or contact. Conversations live in the native inbox and link to CRM records for context.

Deal

A deal tracks pipeline stage and value for an opportunity. Deals reflect engagement from campaigns, inbox replies, and chatbot qualification in the same Pam Pod.

Task

A task is an operator action item tied to CRM records, conversations, or agent outcomes. Tasks keep follow-up visible inside the Pam Pod without a separate task app.

Sequence

A sequence is a multi-step outbound email flow with timing between steps. Campaigns attach sequences to prospect or contact lists and respect the Pam Pod sending policy.

Sending policy

Sending policy defines how a Pam Pod sends mail: daily and hourly limits, ramp stage, send window, duplicate prevention, default approval mode, and emergency stop. Operators adjust it in Pam Pod settings.

Research job

A research job is a Pam AI task that answers explicit questions about an account or contact. Jobs return briefs with sources and a confidence score operators review before acting.

Intent assessment

Intent assessment evaluates what a website visitor wants based on chat answers and behavior. It helps operators prioritize follow-up and connect chat sessions to CRM records.

Domain

A domain is a sending identity configured in a Pam Pod. Domain settings connect to mail health monitoring and outbound deliverability operations.

Mail queue

The mail queue shows outbound messages scheduled or in flight for a Pam Pod. Operators use it with mail health and quarantine to diagnose delivery issues.

Quarantine

Quarantine holds messages that fail policy or deliverability checks. Operators review quarantined mail before release or discard to protect domain reputation.

Knowledge base

The Pam Pod knowledge base stores context Pam AI uses during research and drafting. It keeps outputs aligned with your positioning, policies, and product facts.

Qualification

Qualification is the process of determining whether a lead fits your criteria. Chatbot qualification flows collect structured answers that operators review in the Pam Pod workspace.

Transcript

A transcript is the full record of a chatbot session on your site. Operators audit transcripts for accuracy and follow up through CRM and inbox workflows.

Connector

A connector integrates external systems with a Pam Pod, such as enrichment sources or event destinations. Connector settings live alongside developer and security configuration.

MCP server

The Pamphlet MCP server exposes Pam Pod tools to MCP-compatible agent clients. Configure it with a scoped API key and Pam Pod ID from developer settings.

API key

An API key is a scoped bearer credential for REST API and MCP access. Keys are created in security settings and authenticate requests to a specific Pam Pod.

Emergency stop

Emergency stop is a sending policy control that halts all outbound mail in a Pam Pod immediately. Operators enable it during incidents and resume when safe.
