Terms and Conditions for Pamphlet

Welcome to Pamphlet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform located at https://pamphlet.io (the "Site") and any related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using Pamphlet, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using Pamphlet, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pamphlet. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account & Subscription

Users gain access to Pamphlet for 30 days upon payment.

If you do not renew your subscription, you will have an additional 30 days to download your data before it is permanently deleted. During this time, you will not be able to access the platform.

There are no free plans.

4. User Data & Privacy

We collect name, email, and payment information to facilitate your use of the Service.

We use web cookies for functionality and analytics.

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Conduct

By using Pamphlet, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

Misuse or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
